Role Overview

As a Marketing Assistant, you will help spread the word about DeepFunding by reviewing and creating documents, drafting posts, blogs, and press releases, as well as supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies that promote DeepFunding’s initiatives globally. You’ll work closely with the marketing team and gain hands-on experience in community engagement, content creation, and strategic communication, all within a dynamic, decentralized environment that values collaboration, creativity, and initiative.

Your Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Assist in developing content for social media, newsletters, blog posts, and community updates.
  • Campaign Support: Help implement marketing campaigns and monitor their performance.
  • Community Engagement: Support communication across social media by implementing strategies to retain and grow our community.
  • Research and Reporting: Conduct market research and assist in analyzing campaign results to help improve our outreach strategies.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work with the team to brainstorm and propose new initiatives to engage audiences and promote DeepFunding’s mission

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking final-year marketing students passionate about innovation, communication, community engagement, and emerging technologies like Web3, blockchain, and decentralization. Ideal candidates will have:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms, basic design tools, email marketing platforms).
  • Ability to produce original, hands-on content that reflects personal insights and meaningful engagement, with a preference for human-driven work over LLM-generated content.
