Deep Funding is a community-driven program. Not only when it comes to voting on the best project proposals, but also in developing the operations and governance structure of the program itself. We believe the best way to develop a community is to work with you, and not just for you. Therefore we invite you to help us run and improve Deep Funding.
We are organized in 'Circles'. We sometimes refer to our Circle members as 'semi volunteers'. This reflects the sense of purpose and accomplishment many feel in shaping this program. It also reflects our approach to rewards. Being a globally operating program, we offer everyone the same basic hourly pay ($10,- per hour, paid in AGIX/FET/ASI Tokens). In many cases, this does not (by far) reflect the market value of our people, but it does help us build a diverse, engaged, and caring community.

We are looking for an experienced Backend/full stack Wordpress Developer to extend our web development team.
Our current team is located in Pakistan, but we are open to explore the possibility of expanding in a decentralized way.
We need a seasoned developer that goes beyond the standard Wordpress templates and pugins. In this special case the role is available on a fultime basis, but other options are also open for discussion.
You will be working on the community.deepfunding.ai, enhancing the site with new features such as an environment for hackathons, Community Hubs, Workgroups and more. You will have a lot of opportunities to suggest new ideas, and improvements in all aspects of the site. You will be working from home, and collaborate closely with the current WP developer based in Pakistan as well as dedicated community members worldwide and the DF staff.

We are looking for 'Community Experts' in areas such as AI and Software Architecture as well as, (less frequently), experts in UX, Marketing, etc.
As a Community Expert, you will be involved in reviewing new proposals, guiding the creation of new RFPs, and assessing incoming proposals. The work can be irregular, but will usually not be more than a couple of hours a week.
