Since the start of Deep Funding, we have involved the community not only in voting on proposals, but also in the governance itself. We do this via specialized, self-steering, autonomous ‘Circles’, each of which takes charge of a particular aspect of Deep Funding. The concept of ‘Circles’ is derived from Sociocracy, although we do it in our own way!
