About the role

Data Insights Analyst

The Analytics Circle works across circles to ensure that both quantitative and qualitative research inform strategy. As a Data Insights Analyst, you’ll partner closely with the UX Researcher & Insights Lead to ensure findings are communicated and adopted effectively.

Your Mission

As a Data Insights Analyst, you will transform research findings, usage data, and community feedback into clear, actionable recommendations. You’ll create dashboards, reports, and presentations that make insights accessible and useful for teams across DeepFunding.

What You'll Do

Analyze feedback

Analyze community feedback, research data, and usage patterns.

Translate findings

Translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights.

Build Reports

Build engaging reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.

Communication

Ensure timely communication of insights to the right teams.

Collaboration

Collaborate with research peers to track adoption and measure impact.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience in analytics, reporting, or insights roles.

Strong communication and data storytelling skills.

Proficiency with reporting tools (Looker).

Ability to simplify complex findings for broad audiences.

Experience working in analytics teams within product, UX, or community-driven settings.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Passion for clarity, communication, and impact-driven insights.
