As we prepare for the upcoming DeepFunding Lab workshop, I’d like to share a brief overview of the session flow so everyone knows what to expect and can make the most of the experience.

Workshop Flow:

• Overview of the DeepFunding Lab Rama will provide a concise introduction to the DeepFunding Lab, including its purpose, structure, and progress to date.
• Breakout Session 1: Empathy Mapping In small groups, we’ll explore the perspectives and needs of stakeholders through empathy mapping.
• Main Room Q\&A & Sharing We’ll reconvene to the main room for a brief Q\&A to reflect on insights gathered during the empathy mapping session.
• Breakout Session 2: Problem → Idea → Filter Using the fishbone diagram approach, we’ll work through identifying key problems, generating ideas, and beginning to filter them.
• Main Room Q\&A & Sharing Another brief Q\&A session will follow in the main room to discuss the outcomes from the second breakout.
• Closing & Call to Action We’ll wrap up by encouraging participants to sign up for the DeepFunding Lab to stay involved. The sign-up link will be shared in the chat at that time.
